About us
Sherpa Business Solutions is founded by Jonathan Papeleu, a passionate and driven sales professional, with over a decade of experience in sales and marketing in the FMCG sector in both Retail and OOH channels.
In the past, he led teams of up to 12 direct reports with different backgrounds, nationalities, levels of education, and ages. By doing so he developed the soft skills required to fulfill this task with distinction and the ability to develop and engage people to build a high-performance sales team.
Having worked in both large and medium-sized companies with different maturity levels he can bring the skill set of a multinational to the table with the creativity and agility that is specific to a start-up or mid-sized company.
Having worked with consultants on various occasions he often noticed they lacked engagement and while working on one assignment they were chasing the next opportunity. In addition to that consultants, in general, excel in one specific area, yet may sometimes lack a broader generalist perspective. This inspired him to launch his own company. To do things differently!
Our goal is to make a positive impact in the industry and reshape consultancy services by delivering great value to our stakeholders and customers.
